These terms apply to all orders placed with Aangan Ka Swaad through our website, WhatsApp or phone. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Aangan Ka Swaad is a home-style, 100% pure vegetarian cloud kitchen. We prepare food fresh for delivery; we do not offer dine-in.

Menu, prices and availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on our website at the time of ordering.
• Dishes may sometimes be unavailable. If a dish in your paid order cannot be prepared, we will offer a replacement or refund that item.
• Photos are for illustration; actual presentation may vary slightly.
• We may change the menu, prices or offers at any time without prior notice. This does not affect orders already confirmed.

Placing and confirming orders

• Website orders are prepaid via UPI. After paying, you send your order to us on WhatsApp with the order ID and UPI transaction ID.
• An order is confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp after verifying the payment.
• Please give a correct phone number and complete address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details or if you are unreachable.

Timings and delivery area

We are open daily from 11:45 AM to 11:45 PM. Home delivery is available from 11:45 AM to 10:00 PM, free within 2 km of our kitchen. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather and order volume. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Food, allergies and dietary needs

• All our food is 100% vegetarian and cooked in pure desi ghee.
• Our kitchen uses ingredients such as dairy, wheat (gluten) and nuts. If you have an allergy, please tell us before ordering; we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of allergens.
• Food is best eaten fresh. Please consume it soon after delivery; we are not responsible for food stored for long periods after delivery.

Orders on delivery apps

Orders placed through Swiggy, Zomato or Toing are also governed by that platform’s terms, payment and refund policies.

Use of this website

All content on this website, including text, logo and design, belongs to Aangan Ka Swaad and may not be copied without permission. Please do not misuse the website or place fake orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Aangan Ka Swaad operates.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
