Pradeep Saha has spent 20 years in the hospitality industry. His journey includes 5 years at Hilton, Gurugram, 7 years with Majwan Hospitality, and 8 years in a number of well-known hotels and restaurants.
Over these years he learned that great food is not only about a recipe — it comes from the right ingredients, a spotless kitchen and attention to every single plate. Those professional standards are the foundation of the Aangan Ka Swaad kitchen.
Yet his heart always stayed with home food: a tadka in desi ghee, hot phulkas and the comfort that only a home-cooked thali can give. Aangan Ka Swaad was born from that thought.
